Victims2Victory,Inc is dedicated to pre-professional training of students planning careers in the film and video industries. It focuses on the intersection of art, technology and commerce as it relates to narrative audio/video techniques. An educational philosophy that encourages industry-engaged projects and hands-on instructional methods underlies the program.

  • Students learn how to construct a story out of interviews, archival footage and b-roll on topics that matter to them - anything from the environment, to bullying, to school lunches.  Students will learn interview techniques, editing and music design as well as proficiency with camera and audio equipment.
  • Students work together in teams to write, act, shoot and edit their own short films.  Every student is invited to participate in all aspects or just the areas that interest them. Professional equipment, cameras, audio and editing software is provided.

The skills students learn benefit them in all the facets of their lives, from school applications, class projects, to learning viral marketing and much more. The program is designed to immerse aspiring talent in industry practices and current technologies, enabling students to discover their individual voices through collaboration and realize their career goals in the entertainment industry.

Students who are the first in their families to go to college create a ripple effect, changing their own lives, the lives of their families, and the life of their community.

In order to develop our students into socially skilled and mature grads at grad, our curriculum and instruction emphasize the development process rather than emphasizing immediate and/or impulsive solutions to complex problems. In this way, we guide our students to grow in their acceptance of intellectual tension and the complexities of critical questioning. Our curriculum and instruction develop socially skilled and mature individuals by creating student‐centered learning environments and activities requiring cooperation, teamwork, and recognition of others unique abilities and perspectives, thus encouraging our students to make sense of complex issues. In order to give students ample opportunities to develop into socially skilled and mature grads at grad, when organizing class activities and tests, we teach and expect our students to take healthy risks and to clearly express their ideas in ways that are comprehensible to others.
