Happy About Me, Ages 7 to 18

Happy About Me combines fun and educational games to help students build confidences. Our mentors and directors use improve to bring performing arts to life for youngsters new to theatre. The workshop uses a variety of leadership exercises that teach the importance of self-esteem.

Schools have the option to participate in a two hour workshop or the two week extended workshops.

Objectives:

• To realize the simultaneous opportunities for leadership and group participation.

• Meeting and interacting with students from other schools in the context of a social and intellectual activity.

• Promoting school and community relations through a display of the school's intellectual and artistic work

• Develop recreational outlets for the future.

• Learn the channels for creative dramatic work through original productions and alternative forms of theatrical expressions such as dance, mime, etc.,

• Understanding the investigation of literature, history of divergent societies and cultures, and drama as a social force.
